I agree with you pigpen!! well my goal monthly is 20 pound i do not know if is so high but i wll try my best to reach it. so far this os my second week and i had lost around 9 0r 10 pound. well the true is that i am confused because my start weigth was 229 in my doctor office and he weighd me with all my clothes but i have been weigth myself the first in the morning without anything on ans this morning my weigth was 217.8 so i do not exactly what is my real weigth but for sure i am feeling a diference in what i wear evrything is getting loose yupiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. any ways a will see my doctor on tuesday so lwt see what is going to be my waigth in his scale an know certainly how much i had lost. blesings
