And please do not take more than one a day...that could be dangerous! And, yes, very possibly setting yourself up for a dependence on it.
I personally have tried both 37.5 and 30...I stay with the 30 because it worked the best for me....others are different, and get along great with the 37.5. If you are getting any benefits at all, take those benefits and use them to your best advantage....as Susan said to me one time...."RUN WITH IT!!" Use every advantage you have to build a new lifestyle that promotes a healthier you!
