I have been using the 30 mg yellow capsules since August 28th. The pills work better than I expected. They are great at suppressing my appetite but I still maintain a 1200-1500 calorie a day diet filled with fruits,veggies, fiber, and water. I use the Start Walking exercise program for my exercise regimen. I do the 45 minute, 3 mile walk 6 days a week in the morning before work and it makes me feel fantastic. I don't really get much added energy from the pill I more or less function on my own will. So far so great though! I have lost 18 lbs so far!
