10/29/09....144 on scale this morning!!! im hoping its just from the exercise i did ....can't be the diet...didn't add anything except protien..4 chicken wings made w/hot sauce and smart balance butter for hot wings...no salt but salt in the hot sauce..hummmmm
today
Breakfast: apple, green tea, hot lemon water
Lunch: 2 egg whites, tomatoe,
dinner: 5.00 foot long at subway... wheat bread toasted, roast beef , no cheese..and lots of veggies .....
