144 lbs this morning..Up Early the rest of the house is asleep decided to do pilates ropes double time..50 reps for each part of my body...feel refreshed and ready to go
Rode my bike to my sisters 1/2 mile each way instead of driving need to up that...
Eating has been good but not great...Popped popcorn w/ icbinb spray last night and been on a pumpkin seed binge can't eat just a handful of them but i figure its better than chips right
had rice and veggies and chicken breast yesterday which sounds good right...well i put this sauce that my stepson makes called goodie goodie on top which is GOOD! its made w/ mayo, brown sugar and ketchup and some other fattening things!!!!
Needless to say making a roast beef today and no gravy..just veggies ....
I think my downfall is skipping breakfast I'm just not hungry...but i remember when i was doing "fit for life" by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond they said to break..the..fast (breakfast) should be fruit at about 11:00am..So this week i am following that...then about 2pm i'll have lunch then 5:00 dinner and 7:00 fruit and my tea....
I've kept up my
water intake and besides cranberry juice 1/2 cup thats all i drink...no alcohol at all no
diet soda ...just
green tea and the chiro klenz when i get it...
Been working some OT so alot of sitting at the computer..have my weights on my desk so in between calls i use my hand weights..
Well im going to forge thru the holidays and not act like its a free pass to eat whatever i want..
Thanksgiving is turkey and veggies and cauliflower mash potatoes..sugar free cheesecake if i choose..
X-mas eve is fish and rice (paella)
Christmas day is ham
If i just keep repeating to myself "its just a day like anyother and enjoy the family not the food" i can do this
To be honest the Phen is not working as good as it did the first and second month..I go on Friday and im going to tell my doctor what she thinks..it takes off the edge but wears off mid day im on 15 mg. time released...
