Getting a prescription online question

Hi guys,

I need some advice...... I started taking Sarafem (10 mg) in November for bad headaches during TOM. It has worked great except that I have gained 20 pounds because I am always hungry. (I was already 30 pounds overweight so now I have 50 to lose!) I don't really want to quit taking the Sarafem because I feel so good. When I went to the doc last week, he agreed to give me Phentermine (30 mg) for 25 days and that was it -- no refill.

I would like to purchase it online from a doc that will give me a prescription. I was told about Lighthouse Meds. What do y'all think? Has anyone ordered on line before? From where? Should I tell them that I'm taking Sarafem?

Welcome, Rhonda!

I have no experience with LightHouse Meds, and I've never heard of them.
The only online pharmacy I can recommend through dealing with them
is Pharmacy USA.

One thing to note is that they haven't changed their picture of the Phentermine
bottle and pill. Right now it's a pic of phentermine made by Able labs,
but I have verified that they only use Eon and Amide phentermine.

But first, I can't emphasize enough that you should tell the prescribing doctor
that you're using Sarafem.

Thanks for the welcome Ian!

My regular doc that prescribed me one month of phentermine did know that I was taking Sarafem -- so I am assuming that it is okay to take the two together. : )

I'll check out Pharmacy USA -- hope you don't mind but I may be asking more questions!

I figure that maybe there could be some long-term effect of taking
the two together.

Form my past experience most online sites will ask if youare currently taking any meds. It is always good to run it by your doctor just to be sure. Good luck!

Did you check with the doc after you ran out of Phen to see if he would give you more then? I think the most doctors usually write the prescription for is 1 month. My doctor is making me come back after one month to check in with him before he will consider giving me more.

You may want to check with him/her.

I asked if I could come back to get more and he said no that I need to start a weight loss program, exercise, etc........

My doctor would give me more but unfortunately my insurance wouldnt cover the cost so I prefer to buy online and save money. Besides I dont like going to the doctor every month.
