Update 11/11/05 @ 5:30pm CST

Well it looks like PayrxTrust.com came through! I received my package today with my Phentermine and the stuff is great! Although I went through a bit of a struggle to get my order it was NOT something caused by PayRxTrust.com. It seems that maybe a pharmacy may have caused this problem but everything ended up great. I hope no one else will have to go through this type of problem but Payrxtrust.com IS REAL and will send you Phentermine!

I will be posting my progress as I lose weight!

I called back and spoke with Dee who was the supervisor of the call center. She was very nice and asked a couple questions about the situation. It was pretty simple, empty package and no product. She told me that I had the choice of getting my order or a refund. I choose to put my trust back in the Payrx"Trust" and see if it works out. She told me that by Friday they will have a resolution from the FedEx claim and ship out my order. She even said that she will email me as soon as she gets word of the claim. I'm expecting my order to be sent again and received by Monday 11/14/05. I'm hoping for the best and if I receive my product I will deffinatly turn this situation into a positive one with great things to say about PayRxTrust.com...

Well so far I have talked to two people. The first person was Michelle, she gladly took my information and said that she needed to speak with her supervisor. She said she would call me back in 1 hour. After hearing this I was quite skeptical so I called back. I was connected with Kate who had an attitude and told me that I would just have to wait until I was called back. SO... I waited. Michelle called me back and said that I would have to open a claim with FedEx. I opened the claim and am now calling back to see what they have to say. I will post another comment when I get a resolution. Thanks for getting back with me Ian.

Hi, this is my first post. I did some research on phentermine from various websites including this one and decided to place an order with Payrxtrust.com. I received my EMPTY FedEx package with no product just a sheet of paper with medical information. Whats the deal? Is this a JOKE? SCAM? I did not pay $112.00 for a bag of AIR! I am going to call them again tomorrow because today I could not get through with a customer service rep. I am very upset and angry. I will be even more upset if this is a scam! Please help, give advice, whatever..[/u]

I just talked to Susan at PayRxTrust customer service, asking for more
information about what someone in your situation can do.

She said that you do need to file a claim with FedEx, and that it should take
about a week. Because this is the fault of the real-world pharmacy, you
need to open that claim because the pharmacy shipped the box with no
product in it.

When you file your claim with FedEx, you'll get a claim number. You then
need to call PayRxTrust and give them your claim number. She said that
after that your options are to receive a new package with your Phentermine,
or to get a full refund.

My hold time was about 1 minute, so I think the call volume is much lower now.
I did ask Susan if there was a certain time of day that was lighter than
the rest, but she said it varies too much to know.

Thanks for keeping us posted on the progress. I'm very glad to hear
that you got through to them and they were helpful. At first I thought
you meant that they didn't say you could have a refund, and I was mad
at them. But now I understand what happened since you explained it
to us all. Thanks for posting about your experience. That's what this
site is all about!
