Could you post the 800 number that you were able to reach them at? I placed an order with them on Oct 23rd and have not received it yet. I sent a message linked to my order at their site and there was a general reply posted that orders would be delayed (a week roughly) due to the hurricane. That time passed, and I again sent a message via their website. The response to that message was that they had to relocate their operations center and would be resuming shipping on Nov 9. I sent messages yesterday and today via their website, to their customer service email and to another email address given in one of the messages from them. No response......
I called yesterday three different 800 numbers and they didn't even ring.
I called this morning and the numbers rang, but got a message "No one is available to take your call righ now....goodbye" and a hang up.
I am at a loss....please if you have an 800 number that works, post it. I already ordered from another site recommended by this forum and at this point just want to cancel with Sisters.
