PayRxTrust offers free shipping on all the 3 month supplies. It will take
between 3-14 days for you to get your order, though, since their pharmacies
are still recovering from hurricane downtime. They're gradually catching up,
but if you want it super-fast like they used to be, I'm not sure where to suggest.

www.SisterPharmacy.com has free fedex express saver shipping on all of their orders, no matter if it's a one, two or three month supply. Same thing for www.BrothersPharmacy.com. Both brothers and sisters accept COD as well....
