I ordered my pills last Tuesday, and I was approved within minutes. I should have known that something wasn't right, but I was just so happy that I would be getting my pills soon. I was told by the automatic email that I would receive a confirmation/tracking number shortly. It's been 1 week, and I have not heard anything from them. I tried calling last week, and their voice message said that they would not be able to ship anything out until Dec. 5th. Guess what! It's Dec. 6th! I tried calling today, and a new message was posted that they would not be able to send them out until Dec. 20th. Are you kidding me?? I didn't pay by COD. I now know that I should have. They have my money, and I have no pills. I am so upset! I guess I should just kiss my money goodbye.

Dear KomayMucho, I'm sorry to hear about yet another dissatisfied person
who has ordered from SistersPharmacy. I have been warned by many people
in the pharmacy business to advise customers to stay away from them.
Sisters is run by a group called True Value Pharmacy, and they also run
BrothersPharmacy and MyPrescriptionsOnline.com.

This is why I never added SistersPharmacy to the approved pharmacies list.

Even though I'd heard of people ordering from them. I have to admit that
I've seen testimonials from a few people who thought they were good,
but the rest are too many to give Sisters the benefit of the doubt.

I have one question though. Are you sure they already charged your card?
They may not have charged it yet since they didn't ship the package yet.
If they didn't charge yet, maybe you can just cancel your order.

I'm sorry that they've wasted your time and caused you so much stress.
I really don't like True Value/Sisters/Brothers pharmacies.

I'm positive that they've charged my card. I'm really trying to get in contact with them to cancel, but they never answer their phones. I've contemplated mailing them my cancellation, but I'm not sure if they'll even receive it. I'm just saddened by the fact that so much money has been lost. All because I didn't want to pay an extra $30 at one of the more reputable sites.

Well, you're not alone, so don't feel dumb about it if you are at all.
I'm sorry you might have lost so much money. I guess what I would do
is just keep trying to call them to see if you can get a service rep in the
next week or so. Also, I'd do as you suggested and send the cancellation
with all my order information and billing info by snail mail.

One recommendation is that even though you're pretty angry with them,
you should try to make it as easy as possible for them to cancel your
order and hopefully refund your money. You probably already were
going to do that, but some people I've talked to didn't.

Keep me posted on what happens.

don't feel dumb they got me to.only i did manage to get my order canceled on 11/30 but then they charged my card on 12/1 my card was charged by waterview pharmacy, and guess what, no phone number for them either,and i have yet to receive any pills or my refund.my credit card company told me to send them a letter to dispute the charge but it is going to take about three weeks to get the money back.
Anyway the only to get ahold of them(sisters) is to e-mail them,e-mail true value and anyone else connected to that web page and get nasty with them (I just told them today i was going to report to my cc company they charged me after i canceled) e-mail them every day, twice a day you will get an answer eventually.

I too ordered from sisterspharmacy.com on 11/23. I called last week to check my order and I got that voice mail that said they weren't shipping until 12/5. Then when I called back today the voice mail changed to reflect that they weren't shipping anything until 12/20. They could have at least emailed their customers to let them know about this...

I canceled my order today and got a confirmation of the cancellation via email. The email said that I would receive my funds back in 3-4 business days. After reading Shari's post, I hope I get my money back. Waterview pharmacy also charged my card 12/1.

I will be taking all avenues necessary to get my money back. Thanks for the numbers and information Shari! Its funny because True Value Pharma in Santa Clara, CA is located about ten minutes from my house.... I know they didn't charge my card directly, but I'm willing to pay this business a personal visit to inquire about my refund and their business practices if it comes down to it.

This was my first phen order. I hate that it turned out this way. I ordered with sisters based on consumer reviews, and thought I was making a good choice. I will DEFINATELY place my next order from one of the recommended pharmacies that Ian has listed. Like I should have in the first place!
