rxgenericdrugs is from India and the stuff they send is no kind of phentermine I've every seen. What you need to do is e-mail them at least 3 or 4 times a day every day tell them to cancel your order. this is what i told them "don't tell me I have to wait till I receive the product and send it back then wait for a refund.I've already talked to my credit card company today and i know that is not true.my next phone call will be to Commerce Payment.com So I would like to have a customer service number or you to release the authorized hold on my credit card. I'm want to cancel this now because i was told that the order was shipped and yet my credit card has not been charged but still has a hold on it.
and e-mail CustomerService@CommercePayment.com tell them this "Your client rxgenericdrugs.com I have been trying to cancel an order from these people they will not answer my e-mail.the confirmation e-mail from the order stated that the charge to my credit card would be from your company.I WANT THIS CANCELED before it is charged and then we all have to go through a charge back.Since I can't get ahold of rxgenericdrugs.com I thought you would cancel it I don't want to have to cancel my credit card or report it stolen but I will, if no-one will cancel this order! So if I don't get a response by Saturday Nov. 19th I will Call My credit company and report my card stolen.

then I e-mailed this and received the money back on my card the next day.

It did not take you 15 days to take it and according to my credit card company it should not take 15 days to put it back !! I have sent them copies of all the e-mails to you and the ones I've sent to commerce-payment.com including the 20 e-mails it took to get you to cancel this order.Now I expect the money to be back on my card as fast as you took it off. If it is not I was told to contact My credit card company and they will pursue the matter further on their end through their legal department.
