If you have ordered from Billing.MD and received a tracking number
with shipping confirmation, but no package has arrived and FedEx
says they never picked up a package, please read this post!
My contact at Billing.MD said that unfortunately this happens to about
10 people monthly. It is something that happens to some people out
of many thousands monthly in any online processing business, and it is
either the fault of the fulfillment pharmacy or FedEx for not scanning
the package. In the case of it being the fulfillment pharm's fault,
that means their employees misplaced the prescription.
Billing.MD succesfully ships many thousands of orders monthly.
Unfortunately, every business has trouble with some things
slipping through the cracks when the operation gets that big.
