I HAVE TRIED THIS MAYBE 4 TIMES, ALWAYS HAD FAST GREAT SERVICE. WE THOUGHT IT WAS GOING FINE AN HOPE STILL IS. ORDERED ON CCBASKET.COM THINGS LOOKED FINE THEN NO COMMUNICATION SO I SEND EMAIL AN THEY GOT RIGHT BACK SAID THERE WAS A SHORTAGE COULD BE 10 TO 15 DAYS. I SEND ANOTHER MAIL THEY GOT RIGHT BACK WITH A VERY NICE APOLOGY SAID THEY WHERE CATCHING UP POSITIVED TO HAVE IT IN 5 TO 7 DAYS. WHEN I JUST CHECK FROM TIME 2 TIME IT STILL SAYS ACTIVE BUT IT SAYS KWIC INJECTED, WHAT THE HECK DOES THIS MEAN. SHOULD I BE WORRIED? THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN. PLEASE REPLY

I have the same thing on my Order Status page. It just appeared today.
On Tuesday, I talked to customer service (for the 3rd time, 22 days after I placed my order) and she actually sounded concerned (about the delay) and told me she would put a priority on my shipment. She also told me if I did not have a tracking number by Thursday to call her back.
Oddly, today I have the same Kwic Injection note as you. Hopefully this has something to do with shipping, but it is rather curious. Like you, I am concerned about this and would appreciate any insight.

You ordered using the CCBasket order fulfillment service.
That's great to hear that your customer service rep was
helpful, and you're right; the KWIC injection thing is
part of the order processing.

CCBasket is almost recovered from all these delays, and
they're a great company, working hard to solve the problem.
That's why they were concerned and helpful when you talked
to them on the phone. That's why they're in my pharmacy list. :grin:

Ian, do you know what this means and if not, would you mind checking with your contact?

Interesting... I think it is something to do with the name of the function
in the computer code on CCBasket that is involved in updating the
order status.

I am currently waiting for my contact's answer about what it means.

My contact at CCBasket said that it's just a strange internal message
that doesn't mean anything weird for your order. She has asked the
programmers to change it, and they will do so as soon as they have
the time.
