I placed an order with phenterminecare.com (safetrustprocessing.com) on 1/06/06 and still haven't gotten my order. I did receive an email stating that my order had be approved by the doc but nothing about shipment. I tried calling the number listed on the website but it is disconnected, and no one has replied to the questions I have posted on the supposed "customer service/order tracking" page. IS THIS COMPANY A SCAM????? HOW CAN YOU CONTACT THEM???? Please let me know your experiences

I'm confused... they link to SecureProc.com, a different company.

I would also like to know how to contact safe trust processing. I placed an order through them over a month ago. I have sent them questions on my order form asking where my product is and if I can be refund and they tell me to call them for arraingments. I don't have a phone number and I can't find one. I have asked them for the number but of course I haven't received it yet. I hope by now you have received your order. Thanks Amy

Hi! I haven't had access to a pc for awhile, but I hope this helps. The number I finally got to contact them was 1-866-259-7122. I had ordered 1/6, called on 1/18--and hmmmm....coincidentally they said my order was scheduled to ship that day. I got them within 2 days of calling them (2 weeks after the fact), but I'm almost ready for a refill.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has dealt with safetrustprocessing.com when ordering their prescription. I placed an order with Valuetrustrx.com on Monday 4/4 for myself and for my husband, I placed an order with ePrescribeDirect.com on 4/8.

Both were processed through safetrustprocessing. Both were approved by the doctor the same day they were ordered and on 4/5, the site indicated that mine has been selected for fullfillment by the pharmacy. As of today, 4/11, my husband's order still just says it was approved by the doctor. Both have had no activity since then.

I've sent two emails to them last week with no response. I'm getting concerned :( I hope that there is just a backlog causing the delay and that safetrustprocessing is just guilty of bad customer service, however, I'm beginning to wonder if this is a scam site and If I should cancel my payments. If anyone has an experience with these sites that they can tell me about, I would really appreciate the inpute!

I ordered my phentermine from ubuyrx.com and they used that safetrustprocessing too. I never got any response when I posted a question on their form, and I never got through on the phone numbers either. Never a shipping date or a fedex tracking number....... ANYWAY I wouldn't be worried yet. It took 10 days for my pills to arrive, and some folks took 14 days I think.

So, take a deep breath and relax. I remember how worried I was that I was being scammed.....not a nice feeling.

This is week two for me....sort of....I got an awful virus that had a sore throat that lasted for 3 days so I haven't taken any phentermine in 4 days...I was on track to lose 10# at the end of week two, but I couldn't drink very much water and couldn't excercise so it set me back. I'm not gonna let it get me down though! :-D I feel better now and I can get back on track.

I was able to reach safetrust by phone yesterday. I waited on hold for about 30 min. They checked on both orders and said they should be shipped out by Friday.

I'm so glad to know that you did receive an order. It would really be a hassle if they were a scam!

Keep up the good work! I just joined curves. I've gone 6 times and can already feel the effects of getting good excerise!
