Anyone having problems with CCBasket?

On 6/27/06 I ordered Phenterimine from a website www.mywebdrugstore.com which went through CCBasket. My check cleared 6/29/06. I check the status through CCBasket and it said that the order was received 7/3/06 and waiting for doctors approval. Now, when I try to go to mywebdrugstore.com, it directs me to WebMD. I have tried calling CCBasket and a recording picks up saying that they answer my call as soon as possible, then it disconnects me. Has anyone else had any trouble. Any suggestions on what to do?

CCBasket is not shipping any order's right now from what we have heard. We aren't certain as to why yet. If this was ordered and paid for by credit card you can call your cc company and request a charge back. SInce you said you paid by check...I honestly don't know what to do about that. I know nothing about the banking process or how a check payment would be handled. I'm sorry you are just now hearing this. I wish we had known sooner than yesterday, or at the very least, expect a company to inform their customers.

The same thing has happened to me....I'm so frustrated because I can't TALK to anybody at CCBasket about it...it disconnects me.

I ordered from CCBasket July 5th. Received a conformation email stating that my order had been recieved, and approved by the doctor. I have contacted them on three separate occassions with questions regarding shipment via the link provided in the email, but I have not heard back from them. I wonder if they were shut down?

well when i try to go on and check my order status now it's as if i never ordered anything....it's an invalid order number......i am so mad

:( I ordered on 7-4 and recieved e-mails saying that they recieved my order and that the doctor had approved it but I still havent recieved an email saying that it has been shipped.They did charge my credit card though.I ordered 90 37.5. What should I do ?

I cant find a number for cc basket anywhere can someone post it?I would like to call them before I call my credit card co.

CCbasket IS NOT SHIPPING RIGHT NOW! You will need to call your credit card company and request a charge back. Tell them exactly what's going on. Be very honest w/ them and tell them everything that you've done (i.e. email's, phone call's...etc...)
Right now it looks like CCBAsket will not be shipping anything for a long time if at all. I'm sorry that you all are having problems and just now hearing about this. We are trying to find out the details to what is going on and will pass that info along once we get it. It's safe to say that you will not be getting your Phentermine from CCBasket though. Please, call your cc companies, and get your money back.
