Hi everyone...I'm new!

I have lost 60 pounds since January on phen - I had been going to a doctor & had a prescription for it. We've moved, and now I'd like to order online. So...I tried MyRX since y'all seem to have had good experiences.

But I'm getting more frustrated as each day passes!

Last Monday (a week ago) I ordered 37.5 from them. I checked my order status online; they said my order didn't exist. I called them Wednesday & they told me that the Phen was on backorder & it would be shipped to me as soon as it became available - to check back in a couple of days.

Today (Monday, now a week later) I called and the woman told me that my order had been cancelled!! She never gave me direct answers, but I gleaned that it had something to do with the back order and computer issues. She told me to place another order online today.

I did exactly that. And now...when I check my order status? It says my order doesn't exist again!! What on earth?!

Please tell me this isn't normal. I'm ready to just cancel it all together but I'm afraid the head isn't talking to the foot over there and I'd get charged double and STILL never have received the phen.

Has anyone else encountered this? I'm about done with this company. Help!

I have honestly never heard of this. Alot of people on here have had great results with them. Try and call them again and see what info you can get. I know Ian on here knows alot about this as well as Susan. They are both real good at answering things like this. And way to go on your weight loss! You are in the right place. We are here to support you. Don't stress over this. (although I know its hard not to!) It really will work out. I also recommend if Ian or Susan happens to not see this message, track them down on here and ask them. Keep me posted and I will see what I can do to help. XOXO

Did the lady on the phone have an accent, like perhaps she was Jamaican or from the Islands somewhere? That is the same lady that told me my order was cancelled too. What I would do is stop placing repeat orders, because they will continually charge your card. Check with your credit card company or bank and make sure those charges have not been processed. You are now the 3rd or 4th person to have a problem with them, just like I did last week and ended up ordering somewhere else. If you need any help just let me know!

I, too, am having trouble with them. When I placed the order yesterday I was charged 2 times because when I filled out the information form and had hit the submit, a page came up saying I needed to type in a my password a second time ( I honestly thought that had been done) so I did in order to complete the process. The order then states that further verification was needed and that my CREDIT CARD WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. Well, I checked, and it was charged 2 times. When I called the 800 number which is an automatic response, I was told it was too early to order which is nonsence. What I'd like to know is how do you get through to a "real person?" I called my bank and was told that if it isn't removed by tomorrow to file a claim. I'd like to hear from others having this problem and how long you had to wait for the credit. Thanks

Interior Designer ~ the number to speak with a real person is 877-830-6069, although be prepared to wait about 15 minutes on hold.

My drama continued this morning with them, so I told them to make sure I was NOT in their system at all. When I tried to confirm my 2nd order today, the computer told me it was too early to order (meaning I wasn't due for a refill yet). Uhm, haven't got the first order yet, but thanks!

So, thankfully there are no charges on my credit card and I just want to forget this experience and not bother with this company again until they get some stuff resolved.

Jayzbel ~ are you happy with your experience getwellrx so far?

The charges showed up later for me, they did not show immediately.

I am very happy with my getwellrx service. They approved your order on the same day if you order before 3 and you get your fedex tracking number the same night. I took one for the first time this morning and man, I have so much energy, cleaned my entire house, filled orders, and made 4 new bathces of soap without feeling tired. And I was only able to get down 1/2 a cup of special K, so it's working!
