Just got my Phen

Ordered yesturday and just got my phen exactly 24 hours later from CustomHRT.

Bought the Yellow's

I took one at 3pm and it is now a little after 5. I feel ok. I feel different but not sure how to explain.

I really don't know when or how many I need to take in one day though.
I used to take ephedra diet pills and took 4 a day but with these i dont' know if one is enough or two or whatever.

Waiting to hear that answer

I would think that one a day would be plenty. Does it not say that on the prescription bottle? I, too, ordered from customhrt, and it says take 1 per day.

I know what it says but I would like to know how many pills others take everyday.

Oh I see. My apologies...it just seems that if the prescribed dosage is one tablet or capsule a day...then that is what should be taken unless directed by a physician to do otherwise.

I used to take efedrine also .. it made me lose weight a few years ago.. when I try to take it now it doesn't work at all. I think I got immune to it and it's not good for you. I also got some phen from Customhrt.com. I just took one a bit ago and I feel a bit " different " also. Good thing is I am not that hungry so I think it may be working.. I'll see how it goes. Good luck on ur weight loss ... keep us all posted !!!

Phentermine stays in your system 12-14 hours, no matter whether it is time released or not. Take it early so it won't interfere with your rest at night.
