When you order from custom:
You get an email confirmation asap giving you the order number. Do you have one or two of these emails? If you have two then you hit the submit button to many times.
You can also check on this by going to your account on their website and it shows a history of your orders. If there is two item numbers then you did it twice if there is only one then it just a plain double payment issue.
Your bank can easily take care of this second transaction if you did not hit the button twice. If you did then when they talk to hrt about getting it taken off they will say that two orders were placed.
Just email them and give them the one or two order numbers for your item and ask them the information you would like to know. I have never had any problems emailing them. The most it has ever taken to get a reply is two hours.
