I have read posts of people stocking up on phen, and being I can not find one COD site, I am thinking about it also. I have a feeling buying phen on the internet will get more and more difficult. I had some questions and concerns maybe someone can help with.
1) Can you get into any legal trouble for ordering so much phen? not talking a truckload, but 4 or 5 bottles over a week. 2

2) Does fed-ex know what is in the package? It does have a pharmacy return address on it, and whom to make the money order out to. (if cod)

3) How is it legal for phen to be perscribed online? It is a controlled substance, but wasn't there some weird law that just passed?

4)Has anyone ever been arrested for purchasing phen online?

5) If it is illegal, can fed ex let law enforcement know of repeated deliveries to your home?

Sorry to sound so inquisitive, I have been wondering about them for awhile now. I also want to feel comfortable if I have fed ex dropping off phentermine at my house 3 or 4 times next week. I am just not clear on the laws, (I live in WA) and would love your input on this. I would just like to have all the facts and hear from all of you before I stock up! Thanks so much!!

Well, I guess since the 7th of January ordering phen online is illegal. Before that, it was legal to buy phen online, as long as it was prescribed by a dr. I guess people are still buying online now, hoping that they won't be the ones that get caught. As for Fedex, they don't know whats in the package, but the package will have a return address. I believe it is also legal for fedex to open the package, for security purposes.

Honestly, you won't need 4 or 5 bottles of phentermine. As said by many others to others (including me) phentermine is a short term weight loss drug and is suppose to be used for 8-12 weeks. If you go to customhrt.com, they have a 100 pill bottle of 37.5mg phen for around $90 (shipping included), which should be more than enough for you.

Take the chance if you want....

ok I read this page and how I take is yes you can buy drugs online if you have a prescription and the place is license with the USA and by what I see that customhrt is in the USA. It is illegal to buy drugs even if you have a prescription from any place that will be shipping them into the USA. Now there is some state that dont let you buy any drugs online or ship into there state at all. That means if your pharmacy is just 5 miles from your house if they mail it to you and it over state lines you can get into BIG time trouble with your state.

Well, considering it is illegal, ordering even 1 bottle could get you into trouble. For example, you don't have to rob a dozen gas stations before you get arrested for robbing the first one.

Let me just tell you this....it is NO coincidence that UPS delivers for customhrt as opposed to FedEx. As a matter of fact, it is probably just a matter of time before UPS no longer ships for these companies.

It is NOT legal for phen to be prescribed online. Obtaining any controlled substance without a written/oral prescription from a physician has been illegal since 1970. Thus, the DEA requires that people be 'seen' by a physician. It has been the law for years. I really don't know if anyone has been arrested for ordering. The DEA seems most interested in those purchasing the drugs for resale. BUT, I would not be surprised if somebody has been arrested at some point. I would say that the amount of drugs ordered would have a lot to do with whether or not somebody gets arrested.

Let me say that having "fed ex dropping off phentermine at my house 3 or 4 times next week" is a VERY bad idea!!! The people running these pharmacies have found loop holes to advertise/sell/distribute these drugs. I can promise you, in a couple months, www.customhrt.com will disappear. These people change websites, addresses, names, etc., whatever it takes to keep them one step ahead of the law & minimize a paper trail.

My point to all of this ~ do NOT "stock up" on a controlled substance through an internet site & that includes phentermine.

Ok I found Fl board of phamarcy web site and the doctor on my bottle of phentermine from customhrt is on the board with them

go there and put the dr name on your pills from customhrt and see if they are a license. My doctor name is Terry,L but the address on my package is the same as the guy in there files
