Okay guys, I don't mean to be rude, nor am my attacking anyone by doing this... I just thought I would voice my opinion...

Phentramine...

Yea, I'm sorry to say, but do we really have substancial proof that phentramine works? To me it just seems like another Trim Spa, Slimquick, Xenadrine, Cortislim etc.

I read the ingredients and basically they are things that are in all other diet pills or you can buy anywhere: Hoodia/Guarana Extract, Sha De Bugre, Ginseng, etc. What does this pill have, that isn't any different then the others? And for $60? Whew!

There isn't any proof that Hoodia in pill/liquid form actually helps weight loss, and in fact as I have posted before a man actually tested this theory buy buying hoodia in pill form and powder form (directly from Africa) and concluded that if it does work, it has to be in the cactus form. As for Sha De Bugre, I couldn't even find it in the wikipedia dictionary to see what it is!

I know that phentermine is illegal to buy online now, and now the forum has found an alternative for us, but is it really wise to promote something that your not sure will work? I just think it gives a lot of us a sense of false hope, and since we are all here to talk mostly about Phentermine, then why help to sell something that probably isn't even close to it?

I'm sorry but I just had to raise these points, which I'm sure a lot of people are thinking, but keeping to themselves. I have been burned by too many diet pills, and since phentermine is the only one that has worked for me, I don't see there being an alternative.

If I see more than one or two reviews by people here stating that they have been on it for a long enough period, and can say that it really has helped, I will definitely change the way I feel about the "alternative'. But until then, it's just another diet pill gathering dust on my shelves.

Again, I'm sorry if I offend anyone, but I just wanted to bring this up, because I'm sure many are debating about this.

To be honest, I don't know much about Phentramine. I tried contacting the people who sell/make it and I couldn't get in touch with them. That's unacceptable.

Thanks for reminding me of that page on this site because I will be taking down the links to buy and replacing it all with information on this pill.

Like you say, until I see testimonials from people saying it's good, I'm not supporting it. Plus, I'd have to get a response from their company first.

I do have to say though, that I support Phentramin, another diet pill that contains the same ingredients, but in higher quality and with some additional ingredients that help the body absorb more of it, so it is much more effective.

I have confidence in their product as I've received quite a few testimonials from customers who ordered through here. Just check this page if you want to a partial list of them.

I have also spoken with the owners of the company and they have been in the supplement business since 1977, with a history of quality products.

I feel good supporting Phentramin as an alternative to Phentermine. But in no way do I support Phentramine right now. To me, it's just an immitator.

Anyway, thanks a lot for voicing your opinion and starting a discussion that needed to be started.

I took Phentramin for 3 months this summer and loved them! I lost 28 pounds and never had any bad side affects. I did not feel hungry, had lots of energy and never felt jittery or like my heart racing. I just bought another 3 month supply to try to get down to my goal weight.

I tried to find the article where the FDA has now made purchasing Phen online illegal as of Jan 7, 2007.

Anyone have a link to where they actually put this law into effect, or did I miss it? <drinks more coffee> :P

I am doing some research this afternoon about Phentramine, and also going to try find more information from the American FDA, I will post my findings (it is 12.30pm now at moment here)

Saramar, you are entitled to your opinion so I won't delete your post, but I want you to know that I had nothing to do with Julie's post. I never use fake posts to sway opinions. I've even received a PM from Julie before so, please be careful what you say (that's not a threat it was just a bit rude to me).

But I do understand your skepticism. On the web especially, we have to be skeptical with products that are presented to us. Basically, I've put a lot of information about Phentramin on this site, hopefully enough for anyone to read and make an educated decision about whether or not they want to order - that's all.
