Due to some of the concerns expressed on this site concerning the legality of dispensing phentermine via the "virtual on-line examination" I'm curious to know what that means for the consumer. Would the shipment get confiscated? Would the customer be charged with an offense determined by each state or is it a federal offense?

The shipment I received from CustomHRT was left on my back doorstep which is a delivery method that is far different from the signature required from other sites. I do think Custom has the best service in terms of quick delivery. It would be unfortunate if they weren't around. I hope someone can answer the questions to ease the worry in ordering. Thanks in advance to anyone who has knowledge of these issues.

Well I can tell you this they shouldnt have left it on the door because you have to have an adult sign for it. My ups man delivered mine today and he told me (i was leaving out to get kids) that he was glad he got me before leaving because he couldnt leave it with out an adult to sign for the package. So I know that your person shouldnt have done it at all. And I know that much too my dr that gave me my phentermine from customhrt is license with FL because I looked him up on Fl board of pharmac/md site. I found an acticle on FDA site that said as long as your state doesnt band online buying then you can but it has to be from a usa license dr and pharmacy that filles it and i know that mine was because I looked him up his license number is 88441 it has his city county and zip on there site so I will buy from customhrt again and hope they dont do anything wrong to get shut down is all I asked.
