Ok so I went and googled this man and so far I havent been able to find anyone to discredit him. Maybe he is the way to go if someone is out of options.

I actually fell for it and had some luck for a few months - I logged on and filled out the info and paid the money and I always got the prescription. Then last month I had to hound his office to get it called in. On the 3rd try I finally got a reponse from him saying it was done and apologizing for the delay. OK - I can believe that he was busy or something. BUT this month I have been waiting for 9 days (and counting) and I still do not have my prescription. He has charged my card - I know because I checked my account. He will not respond at all to me. I have been calling and emailing and now it seems that they have blocked my IP address, so all of my emails are rejected. What a scam. I reported him to the Texas Medical Board. Hopefully they can help me. Now I have to go to my CC company and make sure that the charges are reversed and go through that whole ordeal.

So, since this is how I found the joker in the 1st place - I thought I should come back and make sure that I tell my story to anyone who will read this. PLEASE do not give him your business - over the internet or otherwise. This man is dishonest and who knows what else. Do you really want a doctor with these qualities? What a waste of time and money this has been. I hope this saves at least one person from making the same mistake I made.

he just had a change of staff (betty left) which is why this month the office wasn't filling orders quickly even tho they charged your card. You CAN call them, they found my order in a pile.

I had no problem with this service whatsoever! Over the Fourth of July Weekend they did not send in one of my scripts but it was fixed ASAP, over a holiday. I was able to speak to someone in the office, not Dr Branch but I did not ask to speak to him. Also, I picked my own pharmacy, 2 different CVSs, as a matter of fact. The party is over, however. I got an email this morning saying he is no longer offering this service. This really helped me get back on track with my plan, and loose 21 pounds in a month and a half, so it is all good with me. Now I need to find a new way to get this. I do not want to go the online route since you do not know what you are getting.....but this was from a pharmacy and I did not have much time back then. I have no problem going to a doctor in REAL LIFE...so any Dallas suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I used his online consultation process for over a year without any problems and it is real because your RX would be filled by your local pharmacy but it would tke a few days due to the RX having to be faxed in complete form as well as your drivers license. It did take a week thru the whole process because you did have to comply with the faxing of your DL and wait for verification.The reason they are investigating is because apparently he turned away some one whom he could not treat and in turn for being turned away they reported his practice....apparently his practice in under investigation because technically his consults were online and that's where the grey area starts,... very sad. I live here in Los Angeles Ca. and yes I can find a clinic every few miles prescribing these also, but at the cost of 250.00-375.00 per consultation!! under the guise of safe and in person complete weight loss care. What you don't know is once you join you are given 2weeks worth of "treatment " I use quotes because in reality it is 15 pills for the follow up cost of 150.00 every two weeks!!!!!! Now PLEASE if that is not a legal form of theft I do not know what is...I do not condone any illegal acts at all, but why doesn't the DEA close down these clinics?? Because they are pseudo MD's with valid DEA licenses who see you take your Blood pressure and then ask you the very same questions any online clinic does and then sends in a assistant with your 15 pills until the following week. I went thru the whole process...never mind calling to speak with the MD that won't happen. This is what goes on. They will NEVER prescribe 30 pills at one time ...WHY ...because they can gauge you for the 15 at 150.00 every two weeks. It is the rare exception like the practice Branch had that would do this. Just my own 2cents.

to thequiltedcastle....I think that this month is when the DEA shut him down and that is why they haven't responded to anyone...I did get an email informing me of the trouble they are having. So perhaps tht is why noone answered your calls and the website is down too. I wasn't able to get my last prescription either..but in my email is states that all pending orders from this and last month will be refunded..if you want the copy of the email I can send it to you. Thanks
