Hey... perhaps it was thequiltedcastles report to the medical board that shut him down?? hmmmm........ if you did have success for a few months with his online practice why report him so quickly???? just curious?? so now we are really screwed... no one but those in person clinics at 300.00 a month are avalible.....at least around here where I live. Oh well at lest now thequiltedcastle can sleep soundly knowing they did something so noble and good for all of us who used the service right??

My report was to Texas Med Board - not the DEA. I don't have any idea how they got involved but it was NOT because of me.

Yep, he is gone now and no one can anything. I was using hime for months, successfully losing weight, eating better and doing very well. Now that he is gone, I have gained a few pounds in the past couple of weeks.

It is a shame that people have to ruin everything for those of us who were using the program properly. Now I cannot find it anywhere except by paying hundreds of dollars a month which is absolutely insane.

Yea thanks for your report you a-hole.I too have used Dr. B and lost 40 pounds taking the program correctly.Some of you sit on your high horses and *gasp* "how dare they",or "I'd never" well thats fine,YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!! I never understand people that don't agree with something so they want to take it away from EVERYBODY! A report to the Tx Med Board?? Its not like Dr.B (who is probably in his 70's) is standing in playgrounds dishing out crack to 9 year olds.I am 33 years old and can choose what I want to put in MY body,but since you are such a hypocritical pig (you said yourself you used his services you just got mad you had to wait 9 days huh?) you are choosing for me.Thank you for saving me from Dr. B...I also wonder how some of you 115 pound finger pointers get a "real" doctor to prescribe you phen?

I am furious and DESPISE the people who initiated the shut down. Why was this anyone's business? It's not like he was selling heroin or crack! Dr B was providing a service; we could get legitimate meds from real pharmacies, safely. Now we will have to use shady dealers since our real MDs are too chicken to help us and provide scripts. And I am not an addict but pehnetermine & prozac has been the ONLY thing that works for my appetite. I hope the righteous tattletales get "payback" and someone rats them out.

Well, here is an update for those who did use Dr. Branch. I called and was able to speak to one of his employees and she informed me that they have been shut down completely including his walk in clinic. The Medical Board sent a agent from the state of Texas and an agent from the DEA. His license for prescribing any and all drugs has been suspended. She stated that the Dr. is DEVASTATED.......as well as his staff. She also stated that they have been given the names of the "patients" that filed the formal complaints as she said that the lawyers for the Dr. will need these
identities for future legal trial in defense of the Dr. Aparently all it takes is ONE complaint for the Medical Board to investigate, not many or several or even 2!!!! Soooooo I guess we can only assume Castle you will be hearing from the Medical Board soon, as well a from his staff of attorneys to gain the damaged parties version, and perhaps even supeonas as a witness to the
damage the Dr. has inflicted on you and your wallet. His employee also stated that she is well aware of the person..persons who filed this complaint and much to that persons dismay they were considered non-compliant patients and they have the proof..the lack of cooperation in faxing your state ID requirement that they needed for the continuation of the RX for the Phen.The ID must be on file and some patients were not complying with this aspect of the process and then waiting the 7-10 days needed every month for your prescription to go thru your pharmacy

. Well... in any event I guess we all lost out. I expressed my gratitude for the months I did use the service without any trouble, 14 months to be exact...off and on. I was able to lose 47lbs and thankfully still have not gained it back. I expressed my concern for the staff and all the nice ladies I spoke with there every month. I am sure that they would like to hear good things about the practice as he will need emails in his defense. So on we go searching for the Doctors that will not rip us off or turn us away for the Phen. An added note I am at my desired weight now and have not taken the phen for over a month but I still feel bad for those who were in the middle of the program with his plan and never were able to finish.

Thanks for the update, Alicia. I assumed all was lost since I have not received anymore emails from him (Dr B...that was the only thing I disliked about the program, all the emails...but it was not spam as I signed up for the program...this is just a side note for those who might use that as a "Dr B is bad" arguement).

I, too, used his program and was VERY happy with it. I had lost 95 pounds but got stuck in a stall or whatever then started gaining back some pounds. Dr B's program helped me regain control and continue loosing.

It is usually someone who was rejected (from whatever) that starts the BS to get someone in trouble. It usually does not work but seems it just might have here. Rejection hurts in any form. But this is hurting everyone....not just us that now might not be able to find the meds, but the staff of the clinic, etc.

Again, I never had a problem with his program. I got my meds in record time, even when there was a mistake over the Fourth of July weekend.

Also, I am tired of hearing (reading ) the "it is wrong"..."It is not good for you"...well really is any of these diet pills? is being mobidly obese? Is stuffing yourself with grease, fat, sugar....? Is getting your daily fullfillment from any addiction? Let's not judge who is wtrong or right...let's just give and recieve support. Is that not what this SUPPORT forum is for?

Maybe I am wrong...and if so, I have no need for an UNsupportive forum.
