Has anyone tried the "Fastin" supplement from Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, and noticed the pills turn from white to brown in a matter of months?

I just realized this after looking in the bottle. It says it shouldn't expire until Mar/2013, but the pills have changed colors and even smell funny. Needless to say I threw them away. But has anyone ordered these with the same result? I would expect others who bought it to get the same reaction. They were advertised on this site a while ago.

In any case, beware.

Yes. In fact, I had ordered 3 bottles and only took 2 a day, and by the time I was ready for the last bottle, they were brown. I called and they said that they were safe, and it was just the preservative.....I don't know. I'm not taking them!

Thanks for bringing that up; those are exactly the things one should look for when looking for pills that may be inactive or out of date or gone bad. A vinegar odor or any change in appearance or texture means it's time to JUST SAY NO!

I think they were allowed to advertise here for only a short while, but were never endorsed. Again, thanks for the heads-up!
