How do I get my avatar within range of 6MB?

I tried minimizing it thru my Dell Imaging but its still not within size.

Hey Missy,

Is there any way you can use your Dell Imaging program to "resize" the
image? Maybe it mentions this or "image size" somewhere.

If so, 100-110 pixels wide and tall will be fine.

Sorry I can't be of more help: I don't know the program.
