Well,

I'd like to thank everyone for posting here and working to get our
forum up and running. I enjoyed my time here with you all, but
it looks as though it will soon be at an end. I've just found that
Phentermine.com will be taking legal steps to shut down PhenForum.

Maybe it won't happen, but they sure looked serious. I guess
just have to... live and learn.

You may want to consider legal action of your own for their privacy violation. Posting your personal info isnt cool at all. Jipi should be ashamed! But then again nothing he does should surprise me.

Ian... you probably don't have too much to worry about, he's just blowing smoke, I've seen it before.

Get your butt over there and copy & save that post w/all of your info on it... he's breaking his OWN rules.

I wrote to the forum admin (Jipi I guess?):

"Hi, this is Ian Mason, owner of PhenForum.com. I was surprised that
your forum staff let me have that link in my signiature. They even
edited it to just show the actual link, then approved my registration.
I thought everything was OK since my sig was reviewed and I was
then approved.. I guess not…

If someone had just told me I couldn’t have that there, that would have
been fine… even if you deleted all my posts. And, in actuality, I did
have questions there, and will continue to the view your board for
answers.

This was just a misunderstanding, and although I’m only 19 years old
and must admit that I’m pretty naïve (obviously), I still do want to
apologize for creating such a problem.

It’s like… I thought I would just TRY it (putting the link in my sig), and
I figured a few people might join, since Cyn and I are pretty much the
only ones who post in my forum anymore, and I didn’t want to just
put keyword spam in everyone's forums like my competitors.
So, I just thought I’d ask questions and share as much of my
knowledge as possible, while doing tiny bit of advertising for my site.

Please allow me to be part of your forum. I will never add anything
to my signature except for my name as Ian Mason, with no hyperlink.

I don’t make any money. ZERO income each day, and yet with each
day I try to face it like it doesn’t matter and that I can just try very
hard and someday it will come. I don’t want you to feel sorry for me,
I just want you to understand my situation. I’m desperate, but I’m
trying not to go to the extremes that most others do.

Let me know if I can ever be part of your forum again, and if
you will be taking me to court over this. I’m not sure how that
whole process works, so could you tell me, perhaps?

Is there a chance that I will go to jail?

Let me know what is going to happen…

Did you copy that post? He put your phone number out there for all the world to see which totally BREAKS his own rules. Get it before it goes poof.

Good thinking! (I've never been in a legal dispute before, so thanks for
helping out!)

I just saved the page. That's not very good that he probably won't respond.
I'm about to check my phone messages. If anyone has called they've
heard my friend recite the theme song for a Chinese fruit juice drink!
