Great article I found on MSN, Ive definitely printed it out for later. Alot of the supplements mentioned were part of my daily regimen prior to pregnancy and I plan to resume shortly after breastfeeding.

It is so easy for me during the day but when I sit down and relax for the evening my mind sarts thinking about rocky road ice cream! I usually just try to get my mind off it by keeping busy or even reading or taking a nice bath--anything but sitting there!

If I have the attack of the nasty munchies I usually overload on water even if it's late in the evening. Chewing sugar-free gum is also a good way to 'fill up', and before you know it, you don't think about food or feel hungry.

I agree about the gum. I used to use that to stop myself from eating before I started substituting reasonable, healthy intake of water instead of overeating.
