I haven't had any time for recording in the past couple weeks, but after
that storm last night I had to do a bit with all that energy.

So if anyone likes soul/r&b etc. then please check out this short loop
I recorded using my keyboard (synthesizer):

Download the song - Broadway (cover of Geno Young's)

Feel free to post and tell me what it brings to your imagination.

Yeah I agree with Deb, very calming.

Also mellow...

Ian I know that you like soul, jazz and funk. Which artists do you like?

Are you also into R&b?

Hhhhm talk about a wide selection (need a smilie to suggest ..impressed! And you are only a year younger than my brother).

I see that you have some of my choices...kenny G ( only joking),

Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, D'Angelo, and Seal. Then you have some classics like Isley Brothers. Forgive my ignorance, but I am not familiar with some of your other selection

Anyway you say that you like r&b but not the popular stuff (like 50c?). Whats your opinions/likes on Hip hop (if any)?

Oooh ohh..Ok...

... I just thought of a perfect album cd that I think you may like. :-k :-s :-k
But for the life of me, I can not remember the title.
It was released about 3/4 years ago (yeah that helps #-o ), and I have it in my collection.

(arrrr  can't remember the name)

Will try and dig it up.

Haha Phen_... You didn't think I meant the actual Kenny G, right?

Kenny Garrett... Garrett...hehe I can't stand Kenny G. He provides
a truly bad experience.

Anyway, yeah don't like 50c, etc. I guess I don't like what's considered
hip hop or r&B these days. Maybe I just like soul and jazz.

Hi Ian.

I found that album that I thought you might like. It reminded me of it when I heard your short loop.

JAZZ/FUNK/HIP HOP/ etc
Anyways it's called....

Handsome Boy Modelling School, 'SO HOW'S YOUR GIRL?', (1999 by Tommy Boy).

Some good tracks on here, esp 3,6,7.

Know of it? Think you may like.
