I am just like a little kid--I get so excited seeing the progress from day to day! My lettuce and green onions are doing great and the radishes are doing better now. Each day I add something new to my dinner salad! I am not sure about my spaghetti squash-this is my first try growing it--I hope it works out because I am really excited about trying it. I also have a ton os strawberries showing up!

I was just looking at spaghetti squash on google images... What does it
taste like? I've never seen it or eaten it before.

Wow you're right. I hadn't thought about using it as a spaghetti substitute.
I'm actually partial towards more textured kinds of stringy foods, as opposed
to smooth, flourish spaghetti. For example, I like the really thin spaghetti-like
mushrooms that my girlfriend's mom puts in some of her dishes. (they're
chinese, so they get these mushrooms from the "chinese store" as they call it,
and they won't tell me where it is for some reason. Oh it's a scene, man.

Lol. I asked her one time if I'd ever eaten intestines in one of the meals
and she said, "hehe yes."

Just a short garden update---I had a salad yesterday and all the veggies were homegrown! I still can hardly wait for the cukes and tomatoes to be ready!

I have had spaghetti squash many times, if you serve it with sauce, you can hardly tell it isn't pasta. The only thing different is the texture and a little different taste. We love it.

The easiest way to make it is to bake or microwave the squash, then scoop out the innards and mix them into the sauce.

I can't grow anything, I have a black thumb.
