I called my husband and asked him to hide the scale while I am at work today. I have been obcessed with weighing myself (3-5 times a day).

So I decided it would be best to have him hide it for a week and then I can be suprised next Tuesday when I weigh in!

I used to be that way too!! Crazy isnt it? It is just hard not to be that way. Now I never get on the scale--or at least I havent for awhile--I get too crazy over it and if I think I am not losing have a tendence to starve myself--and I dont want to do that. I think I am better off not weighing and just keep on exercising and trying to eat well. I did put my scale in my kitchen though--just for a reminder when I go to grab a bite--looking at the scale reminds me to watch what I grab!

Yes, obsession will not do you much good. Great idea to hide it and give yourself a break.

I found it today and brought it back out. I guess I am just not at a place where I feel comfortable going a whole week withput weighing myself. I think I am afraid I will get on the scale after a week and find that I have gained instead of lost. If I check it more often, I feel I can keep it better under control. But I know I do not need to do it several times a day.

LOL! I caught my cat sitting on mine in the bathroom last night, wonder if he has weight concerns? He is at least part Maine Coon so he has grown a lot and put on 5 pounds in the past two months.

LOL! That is so funny, that I have cats who weigh more than your dogs.

Machi is 15 pounds now.
