I watched the finale last night and it was emotional and inspiring. I started crying a couple of times because of the accomplishments that they made and I was picturing my moment of accomplishment. The winner lost almost 200 pounds. It was amazing at how well they did. Did anyone else watch it?

I love that show! It was so inspiring to watch these people who needed to lose a great deal of weight and accomplish their goals. It has been a great motivtor for me! If only I could have the chefs to prepare my meals and the personal trainers to coach me along. I give these people great credit for putting themselves out there in front of the world. BTW...I cried more than a couple of times too!!

I love the show! I just dont understand how those ppl can do the workouts they do! Also I know it says it is doctor supervised but I didnt think it was safe to lose so much that fast. But it sure would be nice
