Hi everyone-

So does anyone have any hobbies that we can start a conversation on.

I love scuba diving and snorkeling. I live in San Diego but the scuba is not that great. Just a few weeks ago we had hundreds of Lepord Sharks right on the shore. They are harmless so you can go in the water and see them. I saw one that was about 5 feet long. It was the coolest thing ever. Specially if you are swimming right along with it.

That's cool, LoveBliss. I'd love to do that sometime when I have the
money. But yeah, that's really interesting about the Leopard sharks.
I saw one in Florida when I was a kid, I think.

Anyway, my current hobbies are playing jazz bass and piano, and
most of all, working out and practicing yoga and some martial arts.

So, anyone else? What do you like to do?

My horses started out as my hobby but I think they're more of a job now. Actually I spend so much time working on the pasture and the fences and the horses this has become full time job and hobby.

Art projects are mine. I have been trying to scrapbook but I haven't gotten into it. My cellphone was really boring and I can't change the faceplate, so I bought rhinestones and glued them all over my phone and decorated it.

That is too cute. My sister is really big into scrapbooking. I'm getting ready to start a scrapbook for hubby's fishing tournaments so I'm recruiting her to help me. She's what Martha Stewart wishes to be!

Most arts and crafts stores offer some really good scrapbooking classes. Teaches different techniques and design ideas. Just make sure you use the acid free paper and stuff. We found out the hard way just how much of a difference it can make. They even have a spray you can use to neutralize the acids in paper stuff you already have, like newspaper clippings or drawings and such.

I tried scrapbooking and it just takes so much work and imagination. I had tons of old magazines laying around and put together a small scrap book to give to my husband a couple of years ago. I don't think I ever finished it.

I now opt for the online photobooks. I just put together our honeymoon book and it came out great. It was like 40 pages so it was little expensive but it looks like a magazine and i put it on our coffee table. I like it better than photo albums.

I also got this small book from photoworks.com that if you get the free prints they send you coupon codes to get the compact photobook. All you have to pay is like 4 dollars for shipping.
I put a lot of pictures that we had on our computer but never printed. I love it and this way i don't have to deal with the endless boxes of pictures to sort.
