It's me again Cleaveland while we are on the topic of side effects
I wanted to ask Does anyone taking the phentermine notice that you make alot of trips to the bathroom? Sometimes I feel lkie I have taken a laxative and a water pill. :eek:

I've known a few people who got constipated while they took Phentermine,
but nobody who has to go more often than before. What's your diet like?
Are you the person who is doing a liquid diet?

Yes Ian I am drinking alot of water and slimfast , The slimfast is probaly
what is cauing all the trips to the bathroom. I did'nt think about that'Iremember someone told me awhile back that slimfast can cause
diarrhea :eek:

Yeah, I think it's the slimfast. Instad of slimfast, try drinking Boost Plus.
Don't drink Ensure though. I tried it after workouts a while ago, and it
has too much sugar. It makes me feel bad and I gained weight.
