The phen might be at too high a dosage for you. Or maybe you need 2 drink more water. That's the reason I stopped taking it for a while. My jaw was killing me, as well as my teeth because I would find myself clenching them during the day. And imagine what happens at night while we are sleeping!

Don't take a pain kiler to ignore it, because then you'll start getting headaches and sensitive teeth.

OMG! I am on Day 6 and this is the first day that my jaw has been this bad. I suffer from bad TMJ already and I have no soft tissue left in my jaw. I can hardly open my mouth and the headache is awful.

I think that tomorrow I will try taking half of the pill in the AM and then half at noon or 1 to see if that helps out with the jaw at all.
