No one would appreiciate the postive if there were no negeative to compare it to.....when people are angrey and feel cheated they like to have a place to vent. Same as when soemeone is happy and wants to brag.

I am not talking about trolls that come here only to cause trouble. I'm talking about real people with real tangreible gripes and fears that really have no way of knowing who they feel has taken advantage of them.
