One week down. In that 1st week i have successful lost 11 pounds. I know that seems like alot & i think it might be alot of water weight for it isnt coming off to easily now. I'm hoping for at least 4 pounds this week, so that should be do able.
Side effects i have noticed:
-severe bloating
-waking off & on in the middle of the night
-dry mouth

I am hoping for the best in my weightloss journey.

WOW That is impressive. Congratulations on the mighty weight loss. I had a measly 1 little pound after being on phen for week. What did you eat? How many calories did you consume per day? Did you incorporate any working outs? Sorry for all the Q's but you know you just have to share if your going to post your accomplishments Seriously great first week. I'm trying to figure out why my weight loss is only 1 lb.

Do you get hungry on Phen.? I know for me around 4:30'ish I am starving and no matter how much water I drink it doesn't ease the hunger pains in my belly.

Thanks Nylon. I'm sure u are very frustrated, since i saw such great results with the 1st week waking up today & seeing nothing was a HUGE dissapointment.
My diet is changing only in the matter of i am not snacking. i go to night school where typically i would join in with everyone & EAT! Now i am drinking my water & staying away from all the food. I try not to eat after 1700 but thats much easier said than done.
Breakfast: A cup of cereal (frosted shreadded wheat this week)
Lunch: whole wheat bread, fat free swiss, & lean turkey w/mustard
Dinner:typically some type of meat (chicken or pork mostly) a green veggie & brown rice.
Water ALLLL Day if i get bored with water i put slices of lemon in my water bottle.
I'm not snacking or having sweets which is my down fall.
I do exercise typically 45mins-an hour 5 days a week & then on friday & sat. i give 4 full body massages 50-75mins each which burns a good amount of calories.
We also have a pool so i swim when time permits at least a few times a week so thats good exericse too.
You just have to find what works for you. Good luck hun.

April, you are doing SO well! You're going to think I am loo-loo, but I think you might have to eat eat more often and MORE food! I think you can safely eat 1,200 calories as a minimum, especially with all our physical activity. You may be eating so little that your body needs to be jump started! BE RECKLESS! BE BRAVE! EAT UNTIL 7 pm.!
