Hi - Just wanted to update everyone. I have lost 14.5 lbs. in 7 and a half weeks. That averages about 2.0 lbs. per week even though my first and second week were around 4 lbs. It's not a walk through the park but it is oh so much easier with Phentermine and 5-HTP. Thank you all for your support, comments, over the past few weeks. For the first time in my life I KNOW that this is working and will continue to work for me. I got into a pair of Dress barn size 14 capris on Saturday - see ya 16's and 18's !

love you and GOD Bless !

Kathy

Hi Kathy A BIG CONGRATS TO YOU!! That's fabulous. Isn't it great getting into smaller sizes. It's such a wonderful feeling. Keep up the great work.

KATHY! I am so proud of you. You have really stuck in there even when you wanted the last few weeks to be the same loss as the first 2 weeks. You just kept on boxing and your body finally gave in to your demands of it. HURRAY! Yes; you can do it! We can all do it!

keep up the good work. I know its hard and easy to get discouraged but when you see your clothe sizes dropping, that is your motivation. I know it makes you so proud and you then realize you can do it.

Hi Kathy,
Congratulations on your success thus far. I found out today how exciting it is to really "see" the difference. I tried on some clothes as well, and was down a size and a half. Basically, between sizes. I forced myself to focus on the loss---not still being a tad too big for going 2 complete sizes down. I am also proud to say I stuck to my personal promise to myself...not to purchase ANY clothing until I was 2 sizes down. Silly, I know, but it's working for me and who cares if I look like I am wearing my "big sister's" clothes (he he he he). I intended to shed the clothing along with the weight and metamorphose into the true me.
