Hi all it's hopefulinfl here, ok...This is my third day on the phen and I have been doing good, little headaches in the afternoon but 1/2 cup of coffee helps. Other then cotton mouth and being wide awake at all hours, I have been getting goose bumps for no reason. It's like this weird tingling feeling and then goose bumps all down my arms and if I run my finger down my arm (not lightly) like sensitive to touch or something, I don't know.... Has this happened to anyone else???

I would get chill bumps sometimes and nobody else would be cold... I dunno. Maybe someone else has experience with the same thing you're feeling.....

Well I was sitting on my front porch and it is very hot out and it happened???? Very strange. Ya know when someone is telling you a story that creeps you out and you get them? Well it's kinda like that.

It has happened the past two days. It doesn't really bother me but I found it very odd.

I did get feelings like cold hands (and sometimes feet) the whole time I took them-but I really don't have an answer as to why that happens. Some people sweat a little more, too. My best guess is that the chemical reaction in the brain may for some reason make some people more sensitive to temperatures. Unless it gets worse, or is accompanied by feelings lightheaded-I wouldn't worry. But mention it to your doc on your next visit, just so that he can make note of it and advise you on the possibilities of what it really is.
The headaches are pretty common and nothing to worry about. If the caffiene helps, then it may just be withdrawal. I always just kept tylenol on hand just in case, and be sure to drink plenty of water.
