I did get feelings like cold hands (and sometimes feet) the whole time I took them-but I really don't have an answer as to why that happens. Some people sweat a little more, too. My best guess is that the chemical reaction in the brain may for some reason make some people more sensitive to temperatures. Unless it gets worse, or is accompanied by feelings lightheaded-I wouldn't worry. But mention it to your doc on your next visit, just so that he can make note of it and advise you on the possibilities of what it really is.
The headaches are pretty common and nothing to worry about. If the caffiene helps, then it may just be withdrawal. I always just kept tylenol on hand just in case, and be sure to drink plenty of water.
