I have the drinks but prefer the bars. I am the type of person that needs to chew in order to satisfy my palette. The drinks are ok. Don't like the chocolate at all. The strawberry is good kinda like strawberry quik but a bit on the sweet side. I do the bars a lot around my period because I am such a chocolaholic and crave chocolate like crazy around that time and find the bars do the trick. I'll have one for lunch along with a couple of slices of turkey or even one for a snack (even though they are a meal replacement) to keep up my caloric intake especially if I am pms'ing.. All-in-all I wouldn't use it alone as a diet because of all the stuff that's in there but to keep the cravings in check I think they work great or for a meal-on-the-run..but not to make it an everyday occurance.
