My dear sweet Chris... you have learned to eat less and move more...that's the key. You will be fine when they do take you off the phen... just keep working towards your goals  As long as you learn to eat less, drink water, exercise some... then you're learning the things you need to learn to be successful at losing weight on your own...and you will be able to maintain it the rest of your life once you know how to lose  You'll be ok.... just keep moving forward!
