i found mine on a website recently. there was a list of words that there is no translation for in english. meraki is a greek word that means "doing something with soul, creativity, or love."

Thats cool...I never thought of doing that. Mine is pretty obvious, I just put together the words that I feel I am in this weight loss battle of mine...By myself! My family is anti-weight meds so nobody besides my hubby and mom know that I am taking them. It makes it a lil hard cause I feel like Im keeping a secret or lying...but in the end its better than all the stress of everyone talking smack!

I understand that, it seems when people ask you "how your doing it" they gasp when you say "with a pill". They don't understand it just an aide and it takes alot of hard work along with it!!! They way I look at it is for the short time I use Phentermine...it can't be much worse than the long term effects on my body being overweight!
Best of Luck~

Mine is part of a song by They Might Be Giants...
"I've got no one to blame but my fat self
I've got no one to blame but my fat self
I'm the biggest one
I'm the biggest one
I've got no one to blame but my fat self"

It may seem like I'm putting myself down but in reality when I want to stop working out or don't feel like working out I sing it to myself and it motivates me.

I am all for motivating yourself as long as you don't leave your thoughts there.

" I can only blame myself...SO I am going to jog in place 3 minutes so I can't do 30. Good for me!"

Say that you are doing GOOD to be aware of what you eat and the exercises you do.

Set small goals so you can end each day as a success!!
