My doctor was so impressed with my weight (fully clothed with shoes, it was 186.5) and it was the first time she saw me in my size 16 pants. She was so happy that she is going to let me stay on phentermine for another 2 months, maybe 3!!!  so I'm on the same dose for another month, then I'll drop down to 30, then to 15, then nothing. so she said that while I'm still on it, she wants me to increase my exercise but I said i'd try. I don't know how hard i can push myself with my joint issues. so instead of doing the 2 miles a day 5 days a week that she wants, I'll continue my 1 mile a day but increase from 3 to 5 if I can. i always remember that if I'm in too much pain in the morning, then I don't need to risk further pain and do the exercise. But I did buy resistance tubes on sunday so i will start to use those more but I'll do it after work or when I watch tv.
I'm just so relieved that I get to stay on phentermine a while longer. I feel more confident now that I can reach my goal.
