I am confused though, or am doing something very wrong maybe. According to the formula to stay at my weight I would have to eat 3548 calories a day. For the last week I have been eating in the 1500 calorie range, but havent lost anything! In fact, last night i weighed myself and I was 1 lb heavier. I have been eating better, cut out the soda and junk food and coffee, drinking much more water etc. and nothing. I dont get it.
I sure hope the Phen-D helps when I start taking it, because nothing else is working for me.
