i never heard of the lipo injection...just the b12 vitamin shot.

I take the B12 and lipotropics shots. i just started and since I give them to myself it ends up being a lot cheaper. From what I understand there are a few different shots. The B12 and lipotropics ARE NOT made to go into your stomach but a big muscle, i.e. upper outside butt, upper arm and thigh.
These should be put in the muscle at least an inch. If you put them right under the skin it will "eat away" the fat there but because of that it will leave hollowed areas.
I guess what it is ment to do is reach your liver and get all the fat and gunk out and boost the effect of your liver cleaning the fat out of your system
The ones that the DR. gives you are kinda like specialty shots and only the dr should give those ones.

H-mmm..that was interesting reading! What are the lipotropics? Sounds like a vacation spot!

I take subcutaneous B-12 shots using an insulin needle just under the skin. I use guage 31 needles...they are so small I can't even feel them.

Are yours to help with your weight loss? And, do you feel like they do?

Everywhere I read the lipotropics seem to work. I acutally ordered the b12 then read about the lipotropics and was like damn I need to get me some of that. So I have to give myself 2 shots a week instead of just 1 (cause there are vials that are a mix of b12 and lipotropics) On Monday I had my first shots on Tuesday I started taking Phen-d (which I don't think has an effect on me). So on monday I weighed 188 now I weigh (stepping on scale now) 184.2. BUT I have been eating breakfast early (My Easy and Quick eggs for 1 80cals) every day and then the chicken tenders or subway for lunch and for dinner just a salad when I get home like at 5pm and nothing after that. ALSO, I've been walking my dog for at least 3 miles a day. (I swear I must look like a psycho cause I listen to pump up music so I kinda dance when I walk... but hey I figure I'm burning calories right! )
