seems like you're back on track. thats good. how much water do you usually drink a day? i am new to this & it's causing me to be really moody & i'm not losing so far. i wonder if the water has to do with it. just curious. you've done good too. we are about the same as far as our goal. i wish i could lose 17-18lbs as fast as you did. how did you do it?
