seems like you're back on track. thats good. how much water do you usually drink a day? i am new to this & it's causing me to be really moody & i'm not losing so far. i wonder if the water has to do with it. just curious. you've done good too. we are about the same as far as our goal. i wish i could lose 17-18lbs as fast as you did. how did you do it?

I am not losing as fast as I possibly could, I have been on Phen since Oct. 07. I try to drink 50-80 oz. water per day, when I work(I am a p/t substitute teacher) it is easy to stick to it! But when I do not get the jobs, I am home, depressed a bit, trying to keep busy, I lack the water intake I should.

If I ate consistently 1200 cals per day w/good water, exercised, I would be at about 30-35 lbs. lost now.
I hate exercise, but I need to at least walk, have to force myself to eat. I do love water, and now crave it!
Slow going but I try to be positive, as this is a lifestyle change and I am also 43 yrs old. w/ 2 boys!

How about you, age? start date, etc.?
