Ok - I'm the most computer illiterate person on this site, so bear with me.
On the page with the bmi chart - I believe it measures your current weight and corresponding bmi and your goal weight and corresponding bmi - right? Is there something on that page which indicates what a healthy bmi is? I'm always forgetting what it is and from what I understand, your bmi is more important than your weight in pounds ( I know - mine is good and I shouldn't even be asking, but I am - sorry).
By the way, Ian, since you are less than your goal weight does that mean you want to gain weight or you just exceeded your goal?
