I am 174 I want to lose 10 lbs a month so by May I will be at my goal weight. Is that something that can be done?

I reckon it depends on your age, your starting weight, your commitment, etc. I think it could be done, particularly at first. However your body may slow down with the weight loss and this is where being consistent, is the magical key that opens the lock of long term permanent weight loss!

I'm sure it's possible but I'd question whether it was healthy. I suppose if you keep your calories up, drink plenty of water and exercise... then when you come off Phen you'll have good habits to keep the weight off. In which case, that may be okay. But more than 3 pounds a week is too much for too long, especially when there isn't much to lose.

Thanks y'all. I have walked the last days and counting cal. and drinking extra water. Its always easier in the beginning.

It definatly is possible just make sure your getting in exercise and that you drink alot of water! I would love to lose 10 lbs a month! losing weight is not easy but well worth the reward!
