Does anyone here get B12 shots. If so what are the pros and cons?

I give myself the B-12 shots. They are helpful when you are deficient and any extra is just excreted, so it's a bit like taking 2 multi-vitamins. Not many cons except cost and bother. .

I wasn't able to change your login, but if you will click on 'my profile' in blue where it says ''New Posts, Members, My Profile, " above, you can edit your own signature, password, etc.

I tried them when I was preggo, because I felt my energy was sucked dry. To be honest with you, I never noticed any difference. I know we all react differently to things, so maybe it will work for you.

I get B12 shots everytime I go to my monthly weigh in. My roommate, who is on Phen as well, said the shots make her feel amazing and give her so much energy. To be honest, I didn't even notice a difference! But, I grew up on hospitals and medication so I always assume I can be immune to certain things.
