Hey I got it....Go pick out the tracker u want follow the steps and u have to copy and past it in the SIGNATURE area of your profile....

Click MY PROFILE and you should be able to edit any or all on the left hand side of the screen. Until I joined here, I had never heard of an avatar or a ticker. Hahaha~Really!
