I do really well during the week, but I am just horrible on the weekends! I am not gaining...but I am definitely not losing anymore. The summer has been so busy with gatherings and weddings so I am tempted by the bad food and drinks on the weekends. My friends are supportive but when we are out somewhere I get the, "Enjoy the weekend!" or "Oh come one, is that all you are going to eat?" Does anyone have some suggestions for getting out of this weekend rut?? Besides not going at all...I still want a social life...a happy medium I am looking for I guess.

The good thing is that your not gaining. Look at that as a positive. I have issues like this on the weekend too. I drink a little, eat a little. Last time I was on Phen, I lost over 50lbs. During the summer I had this problem. I would just go have fun over the weekends but I would work extra hard during the week. It seemed to work, the scale doesn't lie. I still was losing 2-4lbs a week. It just was a lot of work during the week to have an enjoyable weekend, but it was worth it to me.

My friends are really good about not doing that. You could always meet up with them after dinner. I'm surprised they care what you eat! Anyway, what you could do is do something after you go eat...like to a club or hear a band so you can dance it off. That way you don't feel so guilty about the calorie fest.
